If you’d like to become one of our wholesale partners, we’d love to learn about your business. Please complete the short application below, and we’ll respond within 3–5 business days. During peak season (November – May), we give first dibs to our long-time partners — it keeps the orchids (and our sanity) healthy.

Customer Levels

  • Retail Customer: Standard retail pricing via orchid.farm.
  • Preferred Partner: For community growers, garden shops, and orchid societies ordering $2,000+ per year. Enjoy 40–45% off retail and minimums of 24 plants.
  • Premier Wholesale Partner: For dedicated partners ordering $5,000+ per year. Enjoy 50–60+% off retail, weekly or bi-weekly standing orders (50+ plants), and priority service during peak seasons.
