  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses cause delays.

🌺 Important Winter Shipping Update from Kalapana.farm ❄️

As we enter the winter season, shipping live plants presents unique challenges due to adverse weather conditions and potential delays. We prioritize the protection of your order by utilizing double winter insulation wrap.

However, once packages leave our facility, they are subject to conditions beyond our control. We must inform you that we cannot be responsible for cold damage or loss that occurs during transit, especially in the event of carrier delays in cold areas.

Please Note: FedEx has suspended its Money-Back Guarantee for packages shipped on or after December 1, 2025, due to anticipated seasonal volume. This change impacts our ability to recover costs for damaged or delayed shipments.

We are here to help! If you are concerned about the weather in your area, we encourage you to monitor your local forecast. We are happy to delay your shipment to a safer time if you specify your preferred ship date in the order notes or by contacting us.

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate these winter shipping challenges together!
